Ripple to Launch a $250M Creator Fund to Bring NFTs to XRP Ledger

Ripple announced that it has established a $250 million fund to help with the development of token projects not fungible on its XRP ledger. The company promised artists the support they needed.

Ripple posted its latest endeavor to Twitter on September 29th. It will be focusing on the NFT sector. Many prominent names have already announced initiatives to increase fan engagement in digital collections. Some of the most prominent names include the football legend Tom Brady, the comic studio giant Marvel, and the hip hop titan Eminem.The rapid growth of popularity pushed more cryptocurrency-oriented companies to launch products to support the creation and development of NFTs, and Ripple seems to be the latest to do so.
