The audit of global consulting firm Deloitte led to the certification of CryptoCom, a Singapore-based company. This marks the first cryptocurrency exchange to be certified by this international standard in traditional finance.

According to a press release, Crypto.com successfully completed the SOC 2 audit (Service Organization Control). This is a standard in traditional finance that attests a company’s trustworthiness with regard to its information practices, policies and operations.

Crypto.com was certified as the safest crypto trading platform and first to meet the SOC 2 standards. Deloitte is an international firm that provides tax and advisory services as well as auditing services for worldwide brands.
According to the firm, meeting SOC 2 standards has reaffirmed its commitment data privacy and security. It will continue to invest in its platform to ensure the industry’s highest standards.
